- Dos Rios Ranch Gate will be on the right.
FROM SAN ANTONIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT:
- From Airport Blvd., Turn Right onto S Terminal Dr
- Turn Left onto N US-281 / Mcallister FWY
- Merge onto US-281 S Via Ramp On The Left.
- US-281 S Becomes I-37 S. (50.6 miles)
- Take the Hwy 97 exit for Pleasanton/Jourdanton
- Turn Right on Hwy 97 (stay on 97 through Jourdanton)
- Turn Left onto TX-16 (corner is Sheriff's Office) (Through Tilden)
- Turn Right onto FM 624
- Dos Rios Ranch Gate will be on the left. (10.25 miles)

- Head South on International Dr.
- Turn Left toward Ground Transportation Offices.
- Stay Left on International Dr.
- Turn Right onto TX-44 E / Agnes St.
- Merge onto TX-44 E Via The Ramp On The Left Toward TX-358 / Padre Island
- Merge onto TX-358 W / N Padre Island Dr.
- Exit Northwest Blvd/FM 624
- Stay on FM-624 through Orange Grove, under Hwy 281, across Hwy 59 and Hwy 16)
- Dos Rios Ranch Gate will be on the left. (10 miles after crossing Hwy 16)
