Wildlife Photography

When we are not hunting whitetail, turkey, quail, hogs or predators we love to share the ranch with fellow wildlife enthusiasts .   Come enjoy attempting to snap photos of over 100 different variety of birds from Roadrunners, Green Jays, Rio Grand Turkey and quail or the elusive bobcat and coyote.  You can also photograph the healthy deer population, the exotics on the ranch or rabbits and armadillos.  We are always open to helping you try to take a picture of an alligator, too.  Since we are open year round wildlife photography is always something we enjoy doing.

At the Lonesome Coyote Ranch, all off-season activities are booked on a first come, first served basis. In order to reserve your preferred dates, all Texas trips should be booked at least 30 days in advance if not earlier, our calendar books fast so schedule your trip to Lonesome Coyote as soon as possible.

Guests are not restricted or limited to a certain size group or certain days of the week. Arrival is after lunch on the first day and departure is before noon on the last day. We can comfortably accommodate up to 14 in the Dos Rios lodge. Additional guests can utilize sleeping arrangements at the Chiminea and Lonesome Coyote lodges.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. If deposits are not received within 14 days of booking all reservations will be deemed to have lapsed. We accept cash, check or credit card. Deposit is based on package price and/or the rate according to number of nights per person. Your deposit can be applied to a mutually agreeable future reservation if changes are made 72 hours prior to check in date. All no shows will be billed in full.

Prices are per person

There is no nightly rate for children under the age of 12.

Included: All meals, lodging, game room, swimming pool, fire pit, and one on one guide.

Not Included: Gratuity for staff and alcohol

Average Stay is 2 nights with arrival after lunch on first day, and departure before noon on the last day.

All guests must sign a Liability and Indemnification Release upon arrival.
