Hogs

All properties are intensely managed with one goal in mind: to create nothing less than the absolute best hunting experience. There is a variety of wildlife at the ranch and all sizes of hogs from trophy boars to smaller ones for meat.  Whatever size you like to hunt we probably have it!

None of our land is leased, we hunt land we own. We hunt out of tower blinds or top drive vehicles. You can choose to hunt during the day or we can spotlight hunt at night. However, we do not hunt hogs with dogs. The goal is to have a safe and good time.

At the Lonesome Coyote Ranch, all hog hunts are booked on a first come, first served basis. We book a full calendar during the year so, be sure to book your Texas trip to Lonesome Coyote well in advance.

Guests are not restricted or limited to a certain size group or certain days of the week. However, our standard Hunt Package is 3 days and 2 nights. Arrival is after lunch on the first day and departure is before noon on the last day. We can comfortably accommodate up to 14  in the Dos Rios lodge. Additional guests can utilize sleeping arrangements at the Chiminea and Lonesome Coyote lodges.

Sample Itinerary

Average Hunt is 2 nights with arrival after lunch on the first day and departure before noon on the third day.
Included: All meals, lodging, open bar after the evening hunt, game room, swimming pool, one on one guides, field dressing and two hogs.

Not Included: Guns, Ammunition, Hunting license, Gratuity for Guide and Cooks.

**You can combine any additional hunts or activities season and weather permitting. For example, add on a quail hunt for $700.00 per person or a round of Skeet-Trap-Sporting Clay for 50¢ a target.

Non-hunters - $250/night

There is no nightly rate for children under the age of 12.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. If deposits are not received within 14 days of booking all reservations will be deemed to have lapsed. We accept cash, check or credit card. Deposit is based on hunt package price and/or non-hunter rate according to number of nights per person. Your deposit can be applied to a mutually agreeable future reservation if changes are made 72 hours prior to check in date. All no shows will be billed in full.

All guests must sign a Liability and Indemnification Release upon arrival.
