Retreats

We are a year round ranch here in South Texas.  When we are not hunting whitetail, Rio Grande turkey, quail, hogs or predators you can book other activities.  Come spend a few days sewing, scrapbooking or crafting at the ranch.

We can do quilting retreats including setting up places for 10 sewing machines, a cutting station and an ironing station.  Or scrapbooking retreat with 10 workstations, a long table, and a Cricut station.   However, we are open to any suggestions or trying new crafts.

At the Lonesome Coyote Ranch, all off-season activities are booked on a first come, first served basis. In order to reserve your preferred dates, all Texas trips should be booked at least 30 days in advance if not earlier, our calendar books fast so schedule your trip to Lonesome Coyote as soon as possible.

Guests are not restricted or limited to a certain size group or days of the week.  However, our standard Package is 3 days and 2 nights and typically you arrive after lunch on the first day and depart before noon on the last day. We can comfortably accommodate up to 14 in the main lodge. Additional guests can utilize sleeping arrangements at the Chiminea and Dos Rios lodges.

Not Included:  Gratuity for staff and alcohol

There is no nightly rate for children under the age of 12.

Average Stay is 2 nights with arrival after lunch on the first day and departure before noon on the third day.

• Skeet-Trap-Sporting Clay: 50¢ per target
• Sewing Set Up: One cutting station, one Pressing stating, two layout areas, and 10 sewing areas with tables (you supply the machine).
• Scrapbooking Set Up: variety of cutting scissors, Cricut center, ten work stations.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. If deposits are not received within 14 days of booking all reservations will be deemed to have lapsed. We accept cash, check or credit card. Deposit is based on hunt package price and/or non-hunter rate according to number of nights per person. Your deposit can be applied to a mutually agreeable future reservation if changes are made 72 hours prior to check in date. All no shows will be billed in full.

All guests must sign a Liability and Indemnification Release upon arrival.
